What does a Best of ASCO Hybrid Conference mean?

Where is the event held?

Registration

What do I register for the event?

To register for our events, please download the Cancer Education App, available in the App Store and . Create an account using valid/real information and start enjoying our events. Support us by donating.

What is the final registration date?

For the live event you will be able to register until all seats have been filled (our live event has limited participation), prior to the start of the event. In this case, the registration form will no longer have the option for a live participation. For the online event you can register until the event starts. How can I pay for my registration?

Registration is currently free of charge, for all participants. We encourage all our participants to support our educational programs by donating. Download the Cancer Education App, available in the App Store and . Support us by donating.

Can I register someone else/can someone else use my access?

You can register someone else by filling the registration form with the necessary information and contact details. However, your access is yours to use. Both our live and online event monitors your participation so that, at the end of the conference, we can assign to your account the exact number of EMC credits (based on your attendance).

How will I access the Conference?

You will need to register inside the Cancer Education app. For the live event you will have a QR code available in your profile section of the app. For online acces, you will find an acces code inside the profile section of the app. Download the Cancer Education App, available in the App Store and . Will I have access to the presentations after the conference dates?

Currently no, but we are considering offering acces post conference. The material available after the Best of ASCO event is our Magazine. Download the Cancer Education App, available in the App Store and . Support us by donating.

Attendance

How will I benefit from EMC credits?

You will receive EMC credits according to your attendance at our conference (1 hour = 1 credit). You will be monitored through our platform and app, for the live/online event. Once the conference is over, you will receive a short satisfaction survey and an EMC credits certificate, after completing the survey.Download the Cancer Education App, available in the App Store and . If I am not a specialist can I still receive credits?

Medical Specialists will receive EMC credits according to their attendance at our conference (1 hour = 1 credit). In 2023, our Best of ASCO Conference has also been credited for medical nurses and technicians. If you attend as a nurse or technician, based on your participation you will receive 10 points, awarded by OAMGMAMR, through CNEMC.Download the Cancer Education App, available in the App Store and . If I decide not to attend, what cand I do? Will I still receive points?

If you decide not to participate to the live event, please contact us via email office@cancereducation.ro so we can make the necessary arrangements and offer your seat to someone else. You will receive points based on attendance, monitored through our app and website. So, if you do not attend, no attendance is registered, hence no points awarded.
