Prof.Dr. Delvys Rodriguez-Abreu obtained his medical degree in 1998 at the University of Havana, Cuba. He trained in internal medicine and medical oncology at the National Institute of Oncology in Havana, Cuba. After completing the specialty Board in Oncology in 2003, he joined the Medical Oncology Division at National Institute of Oncology in Havana.
To deepen his training, he spent 2 years at the Oncology Institute of Southern Switzerland, Bellinzona, Switzerland where he obtained the European Certification in Medical Oncology. Afterwards, he spent one year as Clinical and Research Fellow in lung cancer, at the Catalan Institute of Oncology in Barcelona, Spain, where he obtained the Spanish Certification in Medical Oncology.
In 2008 he joined the Medical Oncology Service at Hospital Universitario Insular of Gran Canaria, Spain, where he is now Head of Medical Oncology Department and director of the clinical research unit. He is a member of ASCO, ESMO, IASLC and the Spanish Society for Medical Oncology. He is also a member of the board of directors of Spanish Lung Cancer Group and the Spanish Group for Cancer Immuno-Biotherapy.
Dr Rodriguez-Abreu´s research interests are focused on lung cancer and melanoma. He has also been involved in the clinical development of new immunotherapy drugs, new chemotherapy agents and a variety of antiangiogenic agents. He has published several peer-reviewed articles in addition to abstracts and book chapters, including NEJM, Lancet, JCO etc.

Dr.Evangelia Razis is a member of ASCO’s International Affairs Committee and Director of the 3rd Oncology Department and Contemporary Oncology Team at the Hygeia Hospital in Athens, Greece.
MD at the NORTHWESTERN University of Chicago, and PhD at the University of Crete, member of the editorial board of the Journal of Oncology Practice, she served as member of the ASCO International Affairs and QOPI steering group, Dr Razis is specialized in breast cancer, gastrointestinal and lung cancer, and special interest on Neuro-oncology and clinical research.
Dr. Razis is also a representative figure in the medical oncology community in Greece, joining ASCO's Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI) in 2013, her institution being one of the first ones to join this programme outside the United States and the first to be accredited.

Dr. Gariela ILIE is a Dalhousie Research Medical Foundation (DMRF) Endowed Scientist in Prostate Cancer Quality of Life and an Associate Professor in the Departments of Community Health and Epidemiology, Urology, Radiation Oncology and Psychology, and Neuroscience at Dalhousie University.
She is Affiliated Scientist with Nova Scotia Health Authority, Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Center and Scientist with the Beatrice Cancer Research Institute.
She is an Associate Scientist with the Center for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto, Ontario, and an Adjunct Associate Professor at University of Toronto with the Music and Health Research Collaboratory.
Gabriela initiated and leads the PC-PEP Program and the scientific and clinical teams behind the program.
